Efe Babacan spent 3 years as a photo manager aboard a variety of Royal Caribbean Cruise ships. Efe’s Photography was founded in Las Vegas. Established in Arizona Scottsdale, Year 2002. Year 2006, first branch opened but because the company moved to Istanbul in 2007, then focused on Turkey.
